Who We Are

Prominent Women Ministries exists to train up women to disciple other women in the truths of who they are in Christ, first and foremost, then how to live out those truths with a heart of joyful service in the practical roles of everyday life.

Statement of Faith: We believe all Scripture is God breathed (2 Timothy 3:16) and is the inerrant word of God; that God is the Creator of all things (Genesis 1:1); that He sent his son, Jesus, born of a virgin, to live a sinless life. Jesus, fully God and fully man, died in our place to give life eternal to those who believe (John 3:16). He will return again Revelation 22:20). We believe that we are the body of Christ on earth, empowered by the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 12:12-13); here to point others to Christ and glorify God in all things.

Vision: Every woman would discover and come to understand her God-given spiritual gifts, utilizing them to glorify God in her everyday life.

Mission: To equip, encourage, and nurture women with relationships and life skills that will transform their lives so they, in turn, can positively effect the lives of those around them.

What We Do

Weekly Bible study opportunities are available both on Monday mornings and Thursday evenings at

26718 Co Rd 388, Kendall, MI 49062.

The current bible study is the book of Isaiah to begin with the new year 2025. Isaiah was a prophet raised up by God at a time when neither priest nor king was a worthy channel through which the expressions of God might flow. This book contains history, poetry and law but its primary message is prophecy, some already fulfilled and others yet to be. Come look into this book and see how very accurate this prophet was in speaking for God to His people and how very accurate he speaks to us today.

No other study material needed than the bible itself.

Mondays will open with fellowship time at 9:00am, study starting promptly at 9:30 and concluding at 11:00am.

Thursday evenings from 6:30 – 8:00 PM

Friday Heart to Heart Coffee Hour takes on new look for new year

With the new year, we will change up our Friday Heart to Heart Coffee time to the first Friday of every month rather than weekly as we have done in the past. We will incorporate this fellowship time with an activity or craft for the ladies to enjoy will visiting together. The first one will be on

Friday, January 10 from 9:00am – noon

at the home of Deb Millward 31584 26th Ave. Gobles.

The project for this month will be making homemade applesauce and apple cider vinegar. No materials or supplies needed to attend but an RSVP is helpful for planning purposes. Every lady in attendance will take home their own jar of applesauce and quart of vinegar.

New Leaf

The New Leaf Addiction Recovery Support Group is for any woman affected by the struggles of addiction or wanting to support women who are. We meet every Monday at 6:00pm to learn from and encourage each other in the safe environment of God’s love and grace. Meetings are also available on Zoom beginning at 6:15pm.
